Principal's Message
Hello Hendrick Ranch Families:
Welcome to Hendrick Ranch Elementary School in Moreno Valley Unified School District! Hendrick Ranch is an exciting place to educate your student and we (staff, teachers, and administration) are honored to be a part of your students’ educational journey. As demands and complexities of teaching our students increase, it becomes more evident that we all need to work together to insure that our students reach their fullest potential. At Hendrick Ranch we believe that all of us-the school and the community- must work together in an extended family environment to promote success for all our students. We believe it is everyone’s responsibility to empower children with the creative, intellectual, and decision-making skills necessary for them to become academically, socially, physically, and emotionally successful and responsible.
With that in mind, we encourage you to be an active participant at Hendrick Ranch Elementary School. Whether you are a classroom volunteer, a member of the AAPAC, ELAC, SSC or any other special school event I encourage you to get involved. Research on schools clearly demonstrates that parent participation in their child’s school coincides with a greater likelihood of academic success for their student. Students at Hendrick Ranch are able to engage in monthly STEAM Learning Labs (Science Technology Engineering Art and Mathematics), daily SEL (Social Emotional Learning) lessons, PBIS (Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports), and our amazing Seven Husky Habits!
It is our desire to keep you informed of all that is taking place at our school. Please look through your student’s backpack for flyers for updated activities. We will also update our Marquee and send out parent links to keep you informed of upcoming activities. I look forward to having a long and rewarding relationship with you and your family.
